I can't answer this one, sorry. I forgot what the 2004 requirements are. Iirc you have to turn the button off on the dash.

In the winter I install 4 wheels with the same same size crap tires. I simple turn off the traction control every time I start the car. If you want do accomplish this more complicatedly way it seems circuit 939 supply's a B+ signal to the abs module at pin 9 of the abs module. Regardless you will need to program the correct tire size into your tune for correct operation

Yup, just turn off the T/C switch whenever you start up the car. After a while it becomes habit.
