My marauder has 140,000 miles on the clock. I have all the parts & will soon be doing the eaton swap. Should I bother pulling the front timming cover & inspect the cam guids or just count on replacing them?

They wear or break from bad luck or low oil, too much heat.
In all the mod motors I've taken apart, I have never seen a bad one.
