My osborne benchmade has been flawless and has kept a great edge. Pretty much opens boxes and zipties, but I use it to cut rope and do random shit when I go camping as well. Have yet to need it for stabbing someone or defending myself, so no reviews on that yet.

Is this only pocket knives? I have a few bigger ones that get used often as well. Will post up tonight or tomorrow.

That osborne is my current EDC. The one you posted is the top of the line one. They have a couple that don't have carbon fiber handles and crazy exotic blades. I love that knife as far as feel and ease of use.

The infadel is SO SHARP. I pretty much stopped carrying it because I was worried I was going to slice myself with it.

Now I got myself into a Bear Ops balisong blade:

I figure it'll be fun to learn how to use. It too will probably end up too damn dangerous for me to ever use - but I figure every man should know how to operate a butterfly knife.... right?

It is ungodly sharp, I needed to cut a piece of plastic interior panel in my trunk, tried scissors, tin snips nothing was working at a reasonable rate, busted out the infidel and it cut it like butter, I was like fuck I need to be careful with this thing it could take a finger off and I wouldn’t even know it lol

I never made it to the store today, am still questioning why a benchmade would be so much superior over this $10 Jim Frost
Course I still want one, tempted to one click on Amazon... Hahaha

Looking for the following:

-about a 3" blade, half serrated. The classic "credit card" length blade if you will.
-spring assist opening
-LH friendly
-$50 range or less

Any thoughts?
