I manage the recruiting function for a mid-sized contract staffing firm here in Park Ridge. We specialize in IT infrastructure and development...everything from Help Desk Techs to ERP Architects. I need a Technical Recruiter that will source, qualify, interview, hire, and retain highly technical talent in the Chicago and Detroit markets.
The position pays a base salary plus a quarterly bonus plan. (This is an entry level position within our company so expect first year pay to be in the 40-50k range.) We'll train the heck out of you and have some fun along they way..we are a growing organization and I'm looking for someone that wants to learn our industry and make a career out of it!
