Our company is a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the U.S. Automotive Finance Industry. We are currently seeking a Technical Installation Coordinator and Project Engineer to organize, prepare and initiate major installation projects. Responsibilities include:
· Installing Automated License Plate Recognition camera systems on vehicles
· Working with automotive electrical systems
· Removal and installation of vehicle interior components
· Troubleshooting technical issues in a creative way
· Training customers how to operate the equipment
· Providing over-the-phone technical support
· Coordinating repairs and service with 3rd-party shops in different states
· Working on MS Windows based systems specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Designing various components
· Computer networking
· Travel up to 70%
