The reason I don't think it will be a problem is because the joyces run the same way. Will code let you run the 220 line in the some conduit as the 11o house? If not I need someone to run the conduit across, should go next to the house one no problem and of course wire to the box and outlet. Outlet I could do along with the conduit but all my tools are still in storage. And I would never touch the box.

Code will allow you to run 220 volt with 120 volt wiring. Code only dictates conduit fill requirements. In fact you can place 480 volt with 120 volt wiring, not recommended but allowed. Only when the wiring is for fire alarm or other life safety devices can the conduit system not be shared.

Of course you always should look at local amendments as they have more stringent requirements. For instance work in the City of Chicago is really tough versus some of the burbs.
