I am looking for a contractor who is somewhat local as to not have transportation issues.

I have 2 projects that I want to knock out this Spring/Summer

Master Bathroom
  • Tear down to Studs
  • Address Electrical (if necessary)
  • All Tile Shower Stall
  • Stationary Glass with Glass Door
  • New Light fixture above shower
  • Heated Floor
  • New Floor tile
  • Replace all fixtures
  • Etc..

Garage
  • Need drywall removed
  • All electrical moved to behind drywall
  • New insulation (including sound insulation)
  • New lights with new light fixtures
  • Purchase and installation of garage heater (gas line is already plumbed)
  • New drywall
  • Paint
  • Possibly work with subcontractor to have floor refinished

My most recent Finished project, original contractor got fired, due to late starts and delays. 2 months of nothing.

We did the following:

1.Removed all drywall
2. Plumbing work done by our recommendation
3. Electrical done by our in house electrician
4. New drywall
5. WEDI shower water proof system 10 yr warranty
6. Tile selected and provided by us
7. All stone or used by us (family granite yard)
8. Paint by us
9. Customer wanted to retain pine trim, all new pine trim finished to original color to match the home.

Just awaiting the custom glass door to be installed.

Hey I'm looking to redo bathroom. Pm me your number and I can give you a call and discuss.

Last contractor we used would maybe work half days and every other if we were lucky. Can't for the life of me figure how people can stay in business like that.
