I'm looking at homes in the river grove area or somewhere near there.

Before I go Google a random person, I figure I try to hire someone here or friend of someone here.

Right now I'm looking for someone to pretty much give me a honest run down of what needs to be repaired right now vs down the road as well as give me a ballpark idea. And possibly have future work if I end up getting the house.

I'll obviously pay cash per house or if there is another system contractors do things.

For home inspections, I'd recommend Speaker of the House Inspection Services. I've used them (along with a handful of friends). Very thorough.
