Need HVAC, plumbing and interior painting soon

We are supposed to be closing on our house on Monday, and we are looking to have some things fixed during the first week since Ill be on vacation.

The furnace is currently disabled, the AC unit is leaning, there are plumbing issues that need to be addressed (possible leaks, currently turned off, failed pressure test when it was on) and we need the living room painted. (vaulted ceiling to the second floor. Dont feel comfortable doing it.)

I know its a tall order, but I was wondering if anyone or a local company that is good and can get said work done next week. The furnace and plumbing are obviously high priority.

House in question is in Streamwood and is a townhouse.
