Need body help/referral to save my poor jeep. :(

I cant stand to think of my jeep rusting away, and the only place she has rust seems to be the most difficult place to me. I am at a loss of what to do because it is in such an odd place, but if ANYONE can help/ give advice, it would be much appreciated. I would definitely pay to have this patched up and it wouldn't even have to look pretty ( simpler the better, I just cant go into winter with the body open like this )

I was thinking of doing the comp fold to the rear with rivets etc but I cut out a bit of the rusted metal, now I am getting mud in the interior.

Ouch that's nasty looking. You cut all the rust out? Will fender flares cover it? If so I'd tack on some sheet metal, seam seal it then por the shit out of it.

I cut the rust out the best I could, but once you go too far, the seam of the unibody opens. I am just at a slight loss of what to do next
