- Practical experience working in both Windows and UNIX environment
- Practical experience in the analysis and design of new and modified system applications
- Solid programming experience with .NET applications including web services
- Prior experience designing and developing multi-tiered applications (Web and Desktop) SQL Server backend databases
- Knowledge of and experience with file transfer environments, batch processing, applications, and tools.
- Develop detailed specifications for the creation of new or modified programs including the recommendation of logical designs, record / report layouts, and screen designs
- Implement application code for new and modified programs which enable the system to meet business, operational, and performance requirements efficiently
- Responsible for design, development, and testing of medium complexity projects.
- Strong communications skills to effectively communicate with and make recommendations and coordinate with internal and external teams
