Never understand why people spend the money to upgrade from their perfectly good working phone for the latest and greatest.

Then again, we do it with cars, computers, TVs, homes, wives, dogs,

Mine was bad a few weeks back but I called and bitched they knocked 30 off the bill and it has gotten better, like it was before

I preordered mine at my local sprint store and they told me I have to wait until dec to get the 16gig. They said they have tons of the 32gig. Smart people at apple getting people to upgrade to the 32gig phone and pay more money. Looks like I have to wait for the 2nd batch to be sent out.
