John - another good experience at Al Piemonte Ford. Chris was extremely helpful with SYNC. We got my portable MP3 player working properly and diagnosed the telephony connectivity issue as being associated with parameters within my Samsung phone (bastards, need to upgrade).
Julio (SW) and Ed (Tech) were very organized / efficient with addressing the TSB related issues. Mustang idles like a champ and runs like a bat out of hell.
I will be completing the Ford survey.
