No head wind, 1/4 tank of gas instead of a full tank and got the tires to bite good.

I actually got out of the truck, jumped around and hooted & hollared. The ambulance facing me on the other side of the track honked and flashed their strobes with thumb's up out the window when they saw me looking like my ass was on fire.

I ran 1.7x 60' times on a 10x28 tire on a 17" rim and dropped to 1.64 after changing to a 30x12 on a 15". Think about at least dropping to 15" rims on the back with a wider tire and I bet you could be kissing 1.6x's. That and a 150 wet kit should put you in the 11's!

Just some thoughts.
I do love me those fast daily drivable truck!

I'll probably stay with the 16's, but may go to a wider tire. The next major step for the truck will probably be a fuel cell behind the axle and center of the truck. Then in the future maybe a turbo or two, but for now she'll get there on just motor.
