Racetronix Pnp Harness question

So I had the fuel pump replaced with a racetronix pump and got the racetronix Pnp harness. Now prior to install the cars voltage was at the norm about 14 volts.

Now its at 16 volts and the dash lights strobe or blink ever so slightly.
Went over it make sure things were all ok. Looked ok, but what could I have over looked or is the alternator taking a shit? Is the ground not good enough? Maybe a capaciator?

Should I have grounded this out on the the battery negitive? It's really annoying to even have the headlight fluxuate.

Just need some insite thats all!

I would double check the alternator connections and also the grounds that you just had messed with

Everything in snug and tight and the ground seems to be ok too...

made a call to a lifeline, and he said the alt def needs to be rebuilt

took me about an hour to get the bitch out

Nothing like a good ole 40 dollar rebuild! Fixed the pulsating everything
installing back in was a breeze. I cut about 1/4" off that small plastic black shroud/snout off the back and it made all the clearence to throw back
