Default My dumb HPT stuf fthread

Hey, I've started kicking around the HPT I bought here (Thanks Chester Copperpot) and am trying to figure out the quirks of the software. I programmed the tuner its self and held down the data log button. It records, but I get no data. Any thoughts? I'm starting it then stopping it before messing with the vehicle power, and the VIN/engine came up right when I was in the menu for the logger.

I guess im not sure what you mean either when you say it records but no data,

do you have PID's open or anything? Can you show a screenshot?

Typically when I scan- i plug in, turn the car on, hit spacebar, and it all just works.
