Default How to fit 315s ?

Do you have to roll the inner wheel well out back in order to fit 315s on a stock suspension / no lift 4th gen ?

^ stock 245s FTL

My car came with 245s on a 16" rim. Just wondering....because looking for used tires and I seem to be finding alot of 315s........so............yeah.

would have to change rims too....just looking for a "cheaper" way out.
Tires can be pricey

depends on the car.. Some people bolt 315's on and never rub. Others have to roll the lip on the wells, beat a couple spots in with a hammer, and buy an adjustable Panhard bar to center the rearend perfectly.

I have 315's and they were rubbing until I adjusted the Panhard bar and already rolled the lips because they would cut the tire on the 15" wheels with DR's I was running at one point. After I Uber slammed the car I just had to adjust the Panhard bar.

Ohh.. forgot one thing. the Bump stops stick out into the barrel of the 11" rims so if you let the axle drop they will catch on the rims. Jack the car up under the rearend to keep the suspension compressed or else you will scratch the inside of the rims on the bumpstops.

Doesn't want to spend a lot on new tires.

Wants to get 315's and new rims?

It's not all that bag. It looks killer tho. Would take like 10 to 30 mins after you had the wheels. Too bad you can't find bigger rear wheels to match.

You could get the rims widened on the inside, they'd fit perfect then.
