Question Suspension work questions

I'm going to be doing some suspension work (i.e. lowering springs/phb) soon and I was inquiring a few things...

Obviously the front struts will be off the car, would you recommend re-using the study bearing plates? (I believe that's what they are called)

I'm questioning this cause it will be about 150 bones for the pair

And would you replace any of the swaybar or any other bushings?

The car has 85k mi

Took my swaybar off lol. But I just did coilovers on mine with 105k on it as the plates were in surprisingly good condition. The 2 torx bolts under the master cylinder are a bitch btw. Don't strip them.

dump that front sway bar, no point for it. and i wouldnt reuse the bearing plates after 50k, if you plan on keeping those springs on for a while just replace them because in a few months when they start making noise your going to kick yourself for not replacing them.

Drove it like that all last year and never noticed it being gone. I never plan on auto x or any kind of roadcourse but I do still take on/off ramps a decent speeds with no problems. I just set the shocks to stiffer settings on the street. I doubt it'll ever make its way back on.
Back on topic though like posted above, if you have the extra money go for it. I'm just saying its not gonna kill you if you don't.

I thought about removing the sway bar all together. I don't autox either, but I like taking corners too. 6 to 1 half a dozen to the other so idk lol

But I did get a set of stranos and I will be powder coating them black. I would think the white would stick out like a sore thumb
