Ok, finished and tuned. Here are the results!! Still working on getting to a dyno but the car is like a new beast.
Initial tear down.
My buddy Sean aka the mad scientist. We had this install finished in under 9 hours with his help.
Old timing chain, and tensioner.
New cam going in. Specs are 227/230 .625/.600 114 +2 LSA
Oil pump removed.
Starting to button everything up.
C5r timing chain and LS2 tensioner. Single bolt cam had been ground by mistake so I just rolled with it.
Molding clay for checking P to V clearances.
Next morning reassembly happening.
Ported and polished intake manifold from Rick :devil:
Getting close, just need to reinstall the harmonic balancer, radiator and a few other odds and ends.

Also had L92 heads ported, polished, and milled .030" by Rick along with LS3 valves from an SS Camaro.
Tuned the car right after reassembly and had one small exhaust leak which was easy to resolve. Have a little bit of push but not bad at all and the lope and power are both awesome. Enjoy!!!
