I work from home so i don't really know. To get to Ohare in the mornings I do travel it takes about an hour, maybe longer if there is an accident. Midway is maybe 50 minutes.

Takes about an hour to get to Ohare from downtown so that's not bad IMO

As mentioned, so many FIPS are coming to indiana. That's why my next house will be EAST...porter county. Most of the illinois people move to lake county because it's close.

Lowell. Got a nice old house but need to build a garage. Plenty left in the budget. MAN CAVE ! ! !

My Mom's side of the family comes from Rockville. 2 Brothers and my son live right around there among dozens of relatives. I was an Honorary Hoosier already, more like a homecoming for me.

As a former dweller of the western suburbs my only advice is to stay north of Indy! I still don't see myself leaving my spot in Franklin any time soon.
