Author: Robyn Stone | Add a Pinch

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

1 2-3 pound boneless pork tenderloin
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

Place pork tenderloin into the insert of your slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over pork and set the timer for your slow cooker. (6-8 hours on Low)

Once pork tenderloin has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ – ½ cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.

Store remaining gravy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for another use.

Its actually damn good.

I ended up breaking it apart some to absorb the juices inside of the tenderloin a little bit better. Next time I make this I will def marinade over night then toss in crockpot.. Also instead of red pepper I used fiery 5 kind of pepper so it has a little spice to it. Also added some minced onion will add a whole onion next time.

About an hour left I can't wait!!

After pictures was nothing spectacular.. Looked like pulled pork.. Was quite good.. Adding some salt (or salt substitute like I use) to it really brought out flavors more..

Advice

1. Marinade it before hand for at least an hour or more.
2. Make sure the whole tenderloin is covered or almost covered when in crockpot.
3. Add an chopped up onion (also imo i think green pepper would taste good as well)
4. Use reduced sodium chicken broth then after add salt as needed (will make taste better imo)
5. Def use some more spicer pepper (McCormick makes a 5 pepper red pepper http://www.mccormick.com/Grill-Mates...pper-Seasoning). It adds a nice little kick.
