I have tried pans like this. They work great initially but mine eventually lost its non stick properties after getting high heat a couple times.
Aluminum pans are cheap and heat up fast.
Steel are better made but take a while to conduct heat.
The space age pans like the above have issues with high heat.
I think any skillet will work well when it's new. Age destroys all of them.
I like my cast iron pans which I inherited from my grandparents. When properly seasoned, they are pretty good for non stick and cook great. They made things better in years gone by.
