Prime Rib Brat

If you want to experience the best brat you've ever had then go out to Headon's in Creston IL (west of Dekalb) and get the Prime Rib Brat. I was first introduced to these on the 4th of July and went out and picked some up for this past holiday weekend. They are simply amazing. The first time I had just the regular prime rib, this time I had the prime rib and mozzarella cheese. They aslo have them with blue cheese, but I don't care for blue cheese so I didn't grab those. The lady there said she makes up a horseradish slurry for them. She said that is great on them, I'm not a fan of horseradish either, but I figured some here may be so I would pass it along. They also have a ton of other brats.
