A compilation of the best food I've made over the past year or so.

Took some frozen blueberry waffles, threw them in a frying pan with butter, crisped them up, made a raspberry jam sauce with OJ, drizzled some sweetened condensed milk over the top. Made a hash with some home smoked ribs my buddy gave me.

Homemade pretzels. Chocolate nutella sauce, gouda/parmesan, and a cinnamon sugar sauce.

Mac and Cheese Burgers.

Fried Chicken, Chorizo, and egg tacos.

Homemade french bread.

Mac and Cheese with chicken, anaheim peppers, corn, and tortilla chips.

Tomato, chipotle, and onion sauce with skirt steak. Cilantro and Lime rice. Homemade Rolls.

Ramen. Beef marinated in soy, Ginger, and garlic. Homemade noodles, green onions, some Serrano and orange bell peppers, and an egg poached in the broth. Combo of veggie/chicken stock.

Bacon, chicken, mac and cheese calzones.

Chicken Breast.

Made some falafel and pita, made my own hummus too, it was pretty bomb.

Papardelle Pasta, fresh, homemade, made a cabonara sauce with itm the old school way by putting the cheese and egg yolks in the hot pasta so they can cook. A lot of places will now just make a bacon/cheese cream sauce. I got so drunk while cooking, I'm surprised it turned out so great.

Said pasta, again, surprised this picture is somewhat in focus.

Caribbean Chicken Bacon Mac and cheese with kettle cooked BBQ chip topping. This was fucking delicious. Came home from work, whipped this shit up, WENT. TO. TOWN.

i'd ask for a recipe, but i know damn well my lazy ass isn't going to actually cook it...but im pretty much drooling right now! that sounds so amazing!!! what about if you put some in a tup-a-ware container, put it in a lunch box with a couple freezer packs, and priority mail it to me, what would you charge?

Thanks dudes! I don't brine my chicken, just cook it to about 150*-155*, overcooked chicken is my least favorite thing to eat, I'd rather risk salmonella.

For those not acquainted with me on facebook.

Breakfast pizza: Homemade dough w/basil, oregano, and red chili flakes, Potatoes, Chorizo, Bacon, cheddar, with a topping of two eggs.

Made my own red gravy (marinara) including some sausage. Froze some of it. May dabble with it soon.

Homemade corn dogs, sriracha ketchup.

It was national mac and cheese day on the 14th. I made a pizza. It was fucking delicious. Garlic butter bread crumbs on top. Pizza dough from Mariano's Grocery is pretty fucking good. Better than the dough I make.

Biscuits and gravy. FUCK I LOVE BISCUITS AND GRAVY. It's so dangerously easy to make.
