you would need to root your phone to be able to load a custom rom. i dont think theres a froyo rom out for USC yet.

(i really dont follow too much android stuff beyond my own phone tho, so i could be wrong)

Still best price around before the rebates though.

Essentially all smartphones are $80 in store with a $80 mail in rebate.
