Matt was involved in our SHOcago SHO club, as he did, and still has a SHO. He did a 2-way pager/alarm on my Cobalt SS, a simple remote start/unlock/locker on my old 95 SHO, and he did a simple remote start on my GFs 2007 Civic.

Just from asking him questions via Text from co-workers and customers.. i found out he can do a LOT of shit with these remote starts..

Been looking for a simple no alarm remote start. Want to keep the stock setup besides a simple press a damn button and the car starts remote start for a gp. I do not want any sort of alarm on the car.

Just out of curiosity, how does that work? Do I get another key fob that unlocks and locks the doors + trunk and remote start?

you would get another keyfob which has:

Remote start
Unlock
Lock
ACC (usually trunk release)


depending on the style.. lock/unlock might be 1 button... most 2way pagers use 1 button for the lock and unlock, because the screen will tell you what "lock" stage its in.


But, like the simple on on my old 95 SHO and my GFs 07 Civic... it has 4 buttons.

So you would just keep your stock OEM keyfob at home

He installed a top of the line one with a Pager, 2way... plus the cobalt had some funky security thing, which, at the time, the bypass was expensive for.

should be much cheaper now.
