When: Sunday Nov 20th @ whenever ppl are available!

I need a hand or two getting this track swapped out on the Arctic Cat (2013 F1100 Turbo). If anyone is interested, I'll have beer and pizza for those that come over.

If we run into the evening, I'll have a bonfire if people are interested and the weather holds out.

Swapping a track out is something new to me. I've never done it before and there doesn't seem to be too many quality write ups out there on how to do it. So I figured I'd ask for help from TCG!

Remove outside half of the caliper with a 5/16 hex head. Note, it'll start bleeding brake fluid due to the awesome design that puts the bleeder on the outer half of the caliper... :squint:

Sweet oring to be careful of too:

No idea why there's a channel machined in for fluid to leak from either. But whatever. Thanks Obama.

Remove the clip holding the rotor in place:

So then, i supported the track with a jack and removed the 4 13mm bolts holding the skid in place.

And then it jumped out on its own!

No it sure as hell didn't. I struggled like a bitch to get it outta there!

I'm pleased. Now I am going to treat myself to a quick lunch break with KJ.

So for anyone coming over, Chester Copperpot, I'll be back around 230-3.
