So one of the companies in our building is closing shop and they're tossing everything, just noticed there's a boat trailer in the dumpster...

Not sure if you could even use it or if it would be worth the hassle to dig it out though....

Damn, I want a filing cabinet. who puts a boat trailer in a dumpster.

There's a big engine for a forklift or something in there too... They were a machinery hauling company, their building was stacked to the roof with crap.
