I currently have an old style 2.2l kenne bell with the catch can. On the front end of the snout there is the oil cap that fits inside between the casing and rod(?) that connects to the pulley. Is there anywhere to pick one of those up locally? Also is it at risk for any other major problems because of that? Lastly, is air tools the only way to get the pulley off?

You will probably have to call Kenne bell for the whole snout. And don't use an impact or air tool to take off the bolt for the pulley off. Use the 10mm Allen on a reatchet or breaker bar. You will need the pulley wrench from kb or u can make your own. It's easy.
