I want to do a pump gas tune and run 19lbs of boost. I have a 6lb lower now. What size upper do i need to run?

+1 Unless you are referring to 100 octane as "pump gas."19# might be pushing it with 93 octane though.
2.6 kbis this running an eaton or a twin screw?
19# pussys...ive been on 19 since the begining and the past yr and a half on 23 psi :headbang: on 93 ...no issues at all
its all in the tune
how much timing?

how much boost you making with the 6lbs. and 3.5?
its around 17 deg i think for pump and 20-21 on the race tune..i cant remember anymore
not too aggressive but it makes good power:burnout:
You might be ok running 19 psi with that low of timing, but you are kinda cutting the nuts off of it... There is a BIG difference in a 19 psi car with 17 degrees of timing and a 19 psi car with 22 degrees of timing...

it still put down 634/636 on the dyno on the pump tune
Ok so a 3.75 would in theory put you right at 19# but a 4.0 might be safer with pump gas, but it depends on the tune like said before

whipple 2.3, 19 psi, 17* SAE?
ahhh 23 psi makes more sense.....i thought we were still talking about 19 and i was like wtf?? :biggthumpwhipple 2.3 , 23 psi , 17* STD ... it was over 90 deg and around 80% humidity , ill try and find my dyno sheet to make sure.
this little motor humps it big time. ive always avged very high 130s in the 1/4 like 137-139mph but i think the famous ford head problem has finally found its way under my hood.a new motor is in the works.
