19# pussys...ive been on 19 since the begining and the past yr and a half on 23 psi :headbang: on 93 ...no issues at all:D

its all in the tune

+1 . 19# here and a kurgan tune 15.5-16 deg timing 93 octane. No issues, this is all consulting w kurgan.

As far as the pulley I would try a 3.6, but even then that might be over 21#. Run a 4# lower and 3.4 upper, that gives me 18.8-19psi all day.

its around 17 deg i think for pump and 20-21 on the race tune..i cant remember anymore:dunno:

not too aggressive but it makes good power:burnout:

You might be ok running 19 psi with that low of timing, but you are kinda cutting the nuts off of it... There is a BIG difference in a 19 psi car with 17 degrees of timing and a 19 psi car with 22 degrees of timing...

i agree .. i went with the boost level i did mainly for the track and for race gas, wich is all i did with the car before i moved . but dialed it back for a pump tune cause i didnt want to change pulleys all the time.

it still put down 634/636 on the dyno on the pump tune

Ya but this is probably going to be a street tune. 22 degrees is squeezing every little bit out of it. I have a 21 psi 100 octane tune, but its track only.

whipple 2.3, 19 psi, 17* SAE?

whipple 2.3 , 23 psi , 17* STD ... it was over 90 deg and around 80% humidity , ill try and find my dyno sheet to make sure.

this little motor humps it big time. ive always avged very high 130s in the 1/4 like 137-139mph but i think the famous ford head problem has finally found its way under my hood.a new motor is in the works.:(
