Return Style Fuel System Help Needed.

Alright, I have 2 Walbro GSL392's im using to convert the Marauder to Return Style.
Im gonna use a 5/8" Aluminum Line in the tank as the pick up with -10 to a Y and Dual -8's to the pumps. Then -8 from the pumps to a Y and -10 to the front. Then it will Y again to -8 to the rails, then -8 to the regulator.

Question is, what size return line should I use? -6 or -8?

I would do a -8 return if you are planning on making some big power.....good luck!

A -6 will do in a high pressure system. If you want the extra room you could do -8 but I doubt you will end up needing it. I ran twin GT pumps as well as twin GSS340's through an A-1000 FPR fed by dual -8 lines and -6 return line and was totally fine.

i would do a -8 feed and -6 return.... thats all i have on my drag radial car and can support over 1500rwhp.. if you must use a -10, do a -8 return.. you dont want to use less then 1 size smaller return then your feed.

Just ordered the entire delivery side. Gonna get it installed and then map the return side.

Gee, only $400 friggin dollars.

Gotta do the fuel system right this time around, here it is so far:

2 Y blocks from Jegs
2 Walbro GSL392's
4 modified 45 degree unions (had to heat up and increase the angle a little)
4 -8 port to -8 male fittings
4 M10x1.0 to -8 male fittings

All this is going to be mounted under the trunk where the black emmissions box is. (Obviously Im removing it)

I saved about $120-140 doing it my way vs. buying the pre-made setup by Glenn's
