Front Skinnies

What are my options running 15'' Skinnies out front?

-What is the backspace I need? Still running Stock Cobra calibers in the front.

-I know some guys grind the caliper but I am not going to do that.

-I've heard of running 3'' studs out front and running a spacer.....

from my research, it looks like they will stick out a little but hey, at least u dont have to grind down the caliper. how often do u plan on running them on there?

Not that much than the ocasional track outting. But I want it to flow. Im not gonna spend a bunch of cash to have it look like shit and go fast.

well...use the spacers, see what they look like. if they dont look good put back in the box and return em.

Take the front sway bar off if you want to lift easier. Make sure you bolt it down good cause Ive seen a few wheels come off.

Chris, I would get the maximum motorsports 30mm spacer with integrated studs, it will stick out a little but thats the only way to do it without changing your brakes

you SHOULD run longer studs to be safe

There are two types of spacers...

- slip on, require longer studs

- adapter, where it bolts to your existing stock studs, and then has studs on the adapter that mount the wheel on to. This is what I have.

I like the adapter, cause I can take them off and put stock wheels on with stock lugs. The right way would be option one, the shortcut would be option two. If it isn't raining when I get home I'll pull the car out and take some pics for you.

The weld wheels that are 15x3.5 only have one back spacing, so if they are the correct bolt pattern they will fit with the above combo.

I've got a set of MM hubcentric spacers that I'm not going to use, they are still brand new never mounted, I believe they are the 30mm size. CC if you want them I can sell them to you.
