my trac lock wont come out of the center section

Pull the bearing caps off and if it doesn't scoot out then just whack the ring gear with a mallet a few good times. Then pull and rotate with the gear pattern and it should come out. They do get a little tight in there but nothing unmanageable.
If you meant getting the axle shafts out of the differential then just put a little ass into it and give the shaft a good yank out of the side of the diff. It will pop out with a little negotiating. If need be you can get a big screwdriver in between the center section and the axle shaft bulkhead and pry a little bit but try and make sure that you do not damage any seals where you pry if you plan to reuse them.
