I would atleast get it on the dyno and make a pull or two to check air/fuel. We did a QTP kit on a Vortech powered 05 and with the dumps open it made the tune a LITTLE lean, Nothing crazy but worth checking to be safe.

Thanks
Doug

So then how does it work? Say Im on the street on a closed butterfly valve and I want to open it, and I have another tune in my x2 specifically for open valve what am I suppose to do pull over and download it in my ecu? This is not what i wanna do. I want to be able to open it and close it as I please if you know what I mean.
