WTF is wrong with my wiper blades...

another thing started acting up on me today... my wiper blades, won't turn on when in drive or reverse, only in park/neutral, had some spare relays lying around so I switched them out and still nothing... any ideas?

but like i said they work perfectly in park or neutral... i'm not a fan of electrical issues... lol

I have seen wiper problems in some Fords due to the tilt mechanism pulling the wires out of the connector for the switch, but this is new to me. Unless maybe a ground wire got pulled out and the only way for the wipers to get a ground now is the shifter. Definitely sounds like a wiring problem in the column though. Try moving the tilt wheel and see if that affects the wipers at all.

i moved the wheel every way i can and it's doesn't do anything, i'll take the steering apart this weekend and see what's hiding under there....
