blower belt, can you drive without it?

most of you already know that I didnt get my idlers in time for the blower pulley swap, so what Im wondering is if you can drive the car without the blower belt, I know all the important stuff is in the rear one but I wanted to make sure, I think I remmember reading posts about people shreding their belt and still drove home, what do you guys think?

I did some research for you... and according to here you would need a

2.76
73.75”
K080735 (discontinued)
4080735

Also note that some of the belts below may no longer be vailable. I have been informed, for example, that the Gates K080735 is discontinued, and that the K080733 can be used in place of the K080735.

You may be in luck as I may have a 74, but not sure, will have to look for it tomorrow.

Chris is correct, the belt wraps around the lower but also get the alternator.

You can drive untill the battery is dead. but not recommended to get on it.

Israel, get the idlers sand be done with it!

ONLY in an emergency and you will last as long as your battery is pushing you. IF it happens, shut off anything that wastes power(radios/air/even lights if possible) and coast to a safe place.
