I would say 14 lbs. of boost is max for a stock unported Eaton (as far as efficiency goes). You can run up to 17 lbs. on a ported Eaton and still maintain some efficiency. I'm not saying you cant go higher than this, but you reach a point of diminishing returns and you start creating more heat than power.
