Ok how much boost can I get away with running 93 octane on a 2.2 Kenne Bell? 17? 19? I also wanna be safe tuned for the street as well and a race tune for the strip? Thanks Guys

I think 17 is about as far as you wanna go on pump gas...."Safely", I wanted to go 19 with mine but decided it was better to not be paranoid everytime I got in it and worry about lauching a piston

Agreed. Anything more than 17 and I would be mixing in some good gas.

17 psi is the most I would run on 93 octane unless you're going to get a tune with a ton of timing taken out.

17psi is def as high as you wanna go on 93 octane....I have a 17 psi 93 octane tune and a 21psi 100 octane tune...........I NEVER USE the 17psi tune :burnout:

What do you do when you cant get 100 octane fuel and youre far away from a gas staion that sells it? Do you swap the pulleys?

I dont take my car on LONG trips.....Most gas citys carry 100 on the pump....If i ever do get in that situation I can run 93 octane i just can't go WOT.....

Ok maybe I should just go w the 2.8 pulley on a stock crank that should give me around 19psi. 100 octane also.

Id just run 100 all the tme to be safe
