No it isn't....not even 7 lb/fts. It's very important not to over torque those bolts as their not very big and are easily snapped.

I snapped one, I think the bolts were made in china

Good thing I was missing one. I got about as far as getting all but one of the lower intake bolts in. I did read 89 pound. So WTF is the correct specs?


Kevin you better have some bolts for me on wed or i'm driving the goat through your front door.
