OK guys here are the mods to be done, can it all be done with a stock fuel set up, and be OK?

Mac Stainless Cat-Back
JLT 12'' High Boost CAI
Accufab TB&P
Stegemier Stage Stage IV
BilletFlow 2.76 S/C Pulley + 4 peice Idler Set
SCT BA2400 Mass Air
NGK Plugs
SCT Tune

Possible 4lb Lower Pulley

No. You'll need at least a Pump upgrade (BAP preferably) and even then possibly larger injectors.
