a/f gauge install?? help

ok this might sound dumb but i dont knwo where to send the wire to the o2 sensor. the lame ass genaric instruction autometer gave me just says splice into the signal wire on the computer side of the o2 sensore (wireing harness going back) but whats the signal wire? if anyone could help and give me a way to do it that would be great! thanks

On my old 5.0 there were 3 wires going to the 02 sensor, and you slice into one of the wires to get the signal for the guage. it was a white wire I believe on my 5.0

well i went and looked at one at autozone and there are 2 white ones for the heaters, and a black and grey one....i dk if thats stock coloring or not....

i feell like an idiot not knowing how to do this
