30rwhp/35rwtq gain with 3 less psi aint that bad. And remember he runs a VERY safe tune so he can go WOT for Five straight miles at the Salt Flats... Im sure with an aggressive tune the numbers would be much higher for both blowers.
GodStang said:Well I just got off the phone with ESQEddy. He is on his way to run his car on the salt flats. Here is the before and after info. Now remember BOTH tunes were made very conservitive so that he could run all out for man miles not just the 1/4 mile. It was tuned at HHP.
Before:
Whipple 2.3L - 92 degrees F
676 rwhp
670 rwtq
at 23psi
After:
Kenne Bell 2.6L - 104 degrees F
707 rwhp
705 rwtq
at 20psi
He says he is VERY happy with it. He is running a 306 ci with every mod but still a stright comparison.
