Why is this 03 Cobra motor pulling low dyno numbers?

Hello,

Issue for a friend, please advise or give opinion on the low rwhp and rwtq. What could be wrong / why are the numbers so low?

The information:

03 Cobra motor in a 01 GT pulling low dyno numbers (467 rwhp / 423 rwtq). Air/Fuel was normal (don't know the exact numbers on the Air/Fuel, but will post). The numbers were pulled on a Dynojet dyno.

Mods:

Ported Eaton supercharger
3.10 upper pulley
6 lb lower pulley (Metco)
Idlers and Idler Tensioner (Metco)
Alternator pulley (Metco)

Cold Air Kit (into the fender well)
SCT Big Mouth Mass Air
90 mm throttle body (upgraded, not sure on size)
SCT Custom Chip (tuned by Paul's High Performance)

Bassani Mid length headers, no cat x pipe and catback

Dual Steeda Fuel Pumps with a Boost a Pump

Spec Stage 2 Clutch, standard 03 Cobra transmission, Solid rear end w/ 3.73 gear.

let's see a dyno sheet. might be belt slip? idk, can't really help w/o some more info.

the hp is on the low side and the TQ is WAYYY low for that setup. Have you done a compression check?

Secondly, whats the timing? ChicagoMike had issues with a tune from Pauls High Performce for his 03 with a very similar combo a while back.

If those are in fact peak numbers then hes about 30rwhp/90rwtq short of average
