Issue for a friend, please advise or give opinion on the low rwhp and rwtq. What could be wrong / why are the numbers so low?

The information:
03 Cobra motor in a 01 GT pulling low dyno numbers (467 rwhp / 423 rwtq). Air/Fuel was normal (don't know the exact numbers on the Air/Fuel, but will post). The numbers were pulled on a Dynojet dyno.
Mods:
Ported Eaton supercharger
3.10 upper pulley
6 lb lower pulley (Metco)
Idlers and Idler Tensioner (Metco)
Alternator pulley (Metco)
Cold Air Kit (into the fender well)
SCT Big Mouth Mass Air
90 mm throttle body (upgraded, not sure on size)
SCT Custom Chip (tuned by Paul's High Performance)
Bassani Mid length headers, no cat x pipe and catback
Dual Steeda Fuel Pumps with a Boost a Pump
Spec Stage 2 Clutch, standard 03 Cobra transmission, Solid rear end w/ 3.73 gear.
