Spark Plug Suggestions

What spark plugs would you guys suggest for me? What heat range? What gap?

Ported eaton. 2.93/4#. Expecting 16-17 lbs out of it. Numbers should be in the low 500s

NGK TR-6's worked for me so far but I am steeping up to NGK BR-7's now. I think like a .28 gap is what James from RWTD suggests....

have you heard of brisk plugs.i am running them on my supercharged s281.no gapping.they claim extra 8 horsepower and more torque.look up brisk.com i believe.

their site is briskusa.com..they have an article on the cobra test done in the5.0 mag and they gained 7 horspower .look them up .i got them i believe for 8 dollars a plug about 6 months ago

I put down 482/509 at Speed Inc with a rich tune in 92 degree heat. Not sure on the timing..

Brisk plugs are garbage, I would never use them. But thats just me.

Hank speaketh the truth. On a ported Eaton, the general consensus is TR6's gapped at .28 or .30 or BR7efs gapped at .32. Br7's are one step cooler than TR6's. I would get the BR7's.

Always heard good things about them.....well, except for the price. Always had good luck with the NGK's, so I haven't bothered to try something else.

NGKs = $14 for 8
Densos = $60+ for 8

Why would you spend all that money on a car, ( ported blowers, different blowers, full exhaust systems, tires, wheels, etc, then skimp on plugs? I know the ngks work, but I seen somethin on a spark plug comparo, and the Densos had little or no miss detected at high rpms.

yes .the transmission it's been in for a while.working excellent .no problems at all.had to change shifter and bushing,but very happy.thanks

why are the brisk plugs garbage? did you use them? what was your eperience with them if any at all.so i like to know not to use them.i am using them and i dynoed at 350 rearwheel horspower on me sohc saleen supercharged without any issues.

I am not sure if anyone on this site races as much as I do but I use the NGK TR-6 for the entire race season and they are very dependable. They also continue to provide peak performance. Some of the racer (Cobra) I know have tried Densos and come back to NKG but I do not know if there problems were related to the plug.

Spending less money on something that works isn't skimping.

If more expensive automatically meant better, we'd all be running Brisks.

everybody should use whatever they want.i was making only a suggestion about the brisks plugs,i have them .my choice to try something new,.you guys asked for suggestions.
