It works well and IMO it's worth getting.


You do not need a friction modifier with GM Synchromesh ~ $10 per quart.


you need 4 quarts btw

thanks, i was wondering if it well help peddle feel, somedays my clutch pedal is smooth as butter other days its hard as a rock do you think this might help?

It wont help pedal feel-but it will help how the shifter feels...........stay away from the friction modifier IMO.................Lyle

whys that? alot of guys use this stuff from what i read and yea i know it brakes down the trans a little more but whats the other problems of using it ?

ive also heard to never use the bump stops on any aftermarket shifter due to the trans having internal stops is that true as well????

Don't use the friction modifier and don't use bump stops.

The T56 has very good internal stops

thanks Jack and Lyle, im wondering if the TOB could be the problem why my clutch peddle comes and goes from time to time , checked the Firewall Adj and it hasnt budged ive got about a .75 to .5 inch of clearence, so im dumbfounded

My Centerforce TOB went out about 400 miles after install. I had a soft pitched squeaking sound that came from under the car. Was more noticeable at idle and low speeds in 1st - 3rd.
