Trans Fluid?

What do you all think is the best trans fluid for my car. I heard Royal Puple syncromax is good. but someone else told me redline is better what do you think?

T45? I believe the mfg only recommends Mobile 1 for synthetic, conventional otherwise. Something about the blocker rings not being compatible with more Syn fluids. Keep in mind the conventional will be a bit better in the winter. i know someone who put a hurting on their t56 by choosing the wrong fluid.
