i wish to remove my running horse emblem. anyone got the theft-resistant torx bit handy and could remove my horsey for me?

Shelbyguy, I know this off topic and I dont want to hijack your thread, but I have been doing some reaserch on strut tower braces. You have replied to most threads saying the loads are not in the strut towers but in the k-member. I can see why this would make a stb useless for our cars, but I have a convertible and I was wondering if a 3 point brace would help reduce the winshield/cowl shake that is common on verts ? I'm not looking at it as a handling or bling mod. Any thoughts ?

ive been known to take 45 to 30 to 41 to 52. all the troopers will be on 65 and you can have us41 to yourself.

cutting over at kankakee puts you roughly at morocco (home of us41 dragway) and its a nice little drive in the country.

I haven't decided yet, probably depends what time I get into Indy.

I still have to come up with a route that bypasses the Borman Crawlway. Might take I-57 south to Kankakee and cut over to 65 somewhere down there.

Go ahead. I'll catch up.

If you go a mile South of 30, you can take Laraway/Sauk trail all the way to Indiana where it runs into 30. Less stop lights and higher speed limits. Just watch out for the speed traps through Frankfort.
