What Lowering springs to get?

Just buy the SVT suspension kit...
Springs, Shocks & Struts all uner $300.
It's a good package and if you get some 17" rims the wheel wells are filled up pretty good. I should will have my SVT rims for sale soon too
More details on what you got? Color, 3 or 4 door etc. They are good cars, I like mine a lot - great for running around!

...and yes, we need to fix your baby, I have to make phone calls, etc.
(boothtime has been hard to come by)

Yes the Focus ST does come with some SVT parts not all. I would look into Eibach springs.
