Porting 03' Supercharger

Has anyone had any experience with porting their 03-04 supercharger ?If so where did you take it or who did the porting for you ? Did you upgrade your injectors to 60lbs. and add a fuel pump? I have heard some people say this is good for 60hp at the wheels (did this happen for you) ? Wanted to take it to a local shop if one is available. (Chicago area)

Stiegemeier in St. Louis is usually thought of as the best porting company. A pullied and ported '03/'04 will usually be dynoing somewhere around 500 rwhp at which point the stock fuel system starts to run out. Then your choices are the Kenne Bell Boost a pump or dual Focus fuel pumps replacing the single Cobra pump. Both methods work. 60 lb. injectors are sometimes needed, sometimes not depending on which pulley you have and whether your stock injectors are maxing out. Send a PM to Dun4791 if you want more info. He has a 2.76 pulley, ported blower, plenum, and throttle body, and 60 lb. injectors along with the Boost a pump.

I removed my SC/TB/Plenum myself (no additional help), sent it to Stiegemeier's in St Louis for a Stage III port, and reinstalled. Probably picked up 30-35 rwhp. I didn't need the MAFXtender I installed. Stock injectors, pumps, and MAF.

EDIT: Forgot to say that I'm running an 8# lower, too.

Steggy is the only way to go, they did mine and I love it...

I got a stock Charger for sale and I also have the Tb and inlet if needed to avoid the downtime.

Steggy is the way to go. Go with the best the first time around.

I have a no name port job, and in tandem with a 2.90 all I needed was a fuel pump upgrade. I bought dual Focus pumps, but Id recommend a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump

PS - You wont get 60rwhp. Expect about 35rwhp....although alot do end up seeing 40-50 in conjunction with the ported Plenum and TB.

I have stiege stage III on the eaton, ported TB and plenum, NGK-TR6 plugs, SCT tune from Steige (mail order), no mufflers, Cone filter, and dyno'd at 501 rwhp and 484 rwtq at Sound Performance (mustang dyno).

Car is a viper killer from a roll (can beat a headers, exhaust, roller rockers, intake, viper through about 135-145).

I have the stieg ported blower plenum and tb. Picked up 45hp, also I still have the stock pump and injectors. Just make sure your tuner watches to make sure your pump and injectors arent maxed out. I also had to add a SCT big air MAF as my stock one was maxed...
