Until is see Scott's dyno number with his Ported Eaton/2.93/6lb combo its another "too good to be true" mod. ala the Brisk disaster

Even if it makes 0rwhp/0rwtq by itself, if it lowers temps by the proclaimed 20 degrees I see it as being worthwhile

a longer intake tract will make more torque and horsepower is calculated as a function of torque.

i'm kinda surprised they made it out of aluminum instead of phenolic resin. it was quite common in the 5.0 days to put a phenolic spacer betwen the intake manifold halves if only to keep heat from transferring to the upper half.

Can you please elaborate on the "brisk disaster" ?
Porcelin coming apart, lean conditions......brisks were a reason how MJ toasted his VT 302cid FYI

They were just a marketing gag. Strictly and LFP did all the right advertising, and said all the right things and sold alot of them, and alot of them ended up back on the market.
